• A professional head-and-shoulders photograph (looking at the camera)

• Your updated Personal CV
  (including work experience and church/ministry experience)

• Your latest certificate issued by Immanuel, together with any other qualifications

• Proof of Payment of R500 to go to Immanuel’s Bank Account
