The Following Rights, Acts and Sections are Applicable to Religious Faith-Based Training.

i.           Constitutional Rights: In terms of the South African Constitution, we have the right to belong to a religion of choice, and that no person or entity may discriminate against us as per Sections, 7, 9, 10, 15, 16, 29, 30, 31, 33, 34, 38, 39.

ii.          Religious Rights: Section 9 (3-5) states that we have the right to belong to a religion of choice, and that no person, entity or even the state may discriminate against us.

iii.        The South African Charter of Religious Rights and Freedoms support our Religious Rights, especially when it comes to training in the religion of choice. This is stipulated in clauses 7 to 9 of the Bill of Rights, that also states that we are entitled to belong to a religion of choice, and have the right to be trained up in that religion of choice, and that we may also appoint our own leaders. Thus we can train up and validate our own leaders.
